SHIPPING OF SEMEN:

Fresh cooled, transported semen is available within the continental U.S. from January to September. It is the mare owners’ responsibility to inquire if London Times is available per your mare’s breeding times. London Times reserves the right to be shown and campaigned for the current show season, as he is actively shown... The mare's owner should ask for a tentative show schedule for London Times for coordination of breeding your mares and her breeding dates. The mare owner's veterinarian will determine mare's breeding and semen shipping dates in order for us to ship semen as this increases the chance for your mare's successful conception and overall gestation.

LIABILITY:

I understand that the mare owner shall assume all responsibility for the collection of the mare and matters pertaining to breed registration/regulations for the unborn foal, and shall bear all risk(s) of loss or damage to the mare whether by death, disease, injury, infection, or otherwise, and therefore agrees to hold stallion owner or any persons associated with the stallion harmless for any and all damages associated therewith. Any matter(s) of Court action shall be filed at Pierce County, WA.

I have read, understand and agree to the above……
